Welcome to Positive Asha. Today we are going to make Suji ke Golgappe and Pani Puri Pani. It is very easy to make and takes less time to cook and is very very healthy.

Recipe of Suji Golgappa

Ingredients for Golgappa Pani

  1. Panipuri Masala powder :
  2. Dry coriander seeds 2 tsp
  3. Dry red chilli 2 pieces
  4. Funnel seeds 1/2 tsp
  5. Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
  6. Black pepper 1/2 tsp

Panipuri ka Green pani:

  1. Fresh coriander leaves 1/2 cup
  2. Fresh mint leaves 1/2 cup
  3. Green chilli 4-5 pieces
  4. Small piece of ginger
  5. Lemon juice 1 tsp
  6. Rock salt/ black salt 1 tsp
  7. Plain salt 1 tsp
  8. Tamarind pulp 1 tsp
  9. Water 2 cup
  10. Boondi 1/2 cup
  11. Ice-cube 7-8

Panipuri ka Imali ka pani :

  1. Tamarind/ Imali chutney 1/2 cup
  2. Water 1.5 cup
  3. Salt to taste

Imali / Tamarind ki chutney :

  1. Tamarind pulp without seeds 1/2 cup
  2. Jaggery 1/2 cup
  3. Roasted cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
  4. Freshly made panipuri Masala 1/2 tsp
  5. Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
  6. Pink salt/ black salt 1/2 tsp
  7. water 1/2 cup
