Today we’re going to make Chhole Bhature and  is very easy to make , takes less time to cook and is very healthy.

घर पर आसानी से बनाइए होटल स्टाइल छोले भटूरे

Ingredients for Chhole - Bhature :

  1. Maida -2 cup
  2. Suji - 2tsp
  3. Baking powder - 1/2 tsp
  4. Baking soda 1/2 TSP
  5. Sugar - 2 tsp
  6. Salt - 1/2 tsp
  7. Curd -2 tsp
  8. Water - 1/2 cup
  9. Oil for moyan - 2 tsp
  10. Oil for deep fry

 

  1. Kabuli chana - 1cup
  2. Onion - 2 medium size
  3. Tomato - 2 big size
  4. Garlic - 7-8 cloves
  5. Ginger - 1 small size
  6. Green chilli - 2
  7. Fresh coriander leaves - 1/2 cup
  8. Jeera - 1tsp
  9. Crushed Fenugreek Seed - 1/2 tsp
  10. Hing - 2 pinch
  11. Tezpatta - 1
  12. Dalchini - 1piece
  13. Badi ilaichi - 1 piece
  14. sabut lalmirch - 1

 

  1. Coriander powder - 3 tsp
  2. Jeera & blackpepper powder -1tsp
  3. Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  4. Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
  5. Kashmiri red chilli powder - 1 tsp
  6. Garam masala powder - 1tsp
  7. Water - 1.5 cup + 1cup
  8. Mustered oil/ any cooking oil
  9. Salt to taste
