खास्ता खजूर बनाने की आसान विधि

Welcome to Positive Asha. Today we are going to make Khajoor and is very easy to make , takes less time to cook and is very very healthy.

Ingredients for Khajoor / Thekua :

  1. Wheat flour atta - 2.5 cup
  2. Jaggery/sugar - 1 cup
  3. Cardamom- 5 to 6 pieces
  4. Ghee for Moyan - 4 tsp
  5. Water - as required
  6. Oil - for deep frying
