Today we are going to make Aloo Samosa and  is very easy to make , takes less time to cook and is very very healthy.

समोसा, घर पर बनाएं करारे समोसे

Ingredients for Aloo Samosa :

  1. Maida - 2 cup
  2. Salt - 1tsp
  3. Ghee/oil for Moran - 4-5 tsp
  4. Ajwain / carom seeds - 1/2 tsp
  5. Oil - 1-2 tsp
  6. Hing/ asafoetida - 2 pinch
  7. Jeera - 1/2 tsp
  8. Coriander seeds/ dry dhania seeds - 1 tsp
  9. Saunf / fennel seeds - 1 tsp
  10. Grated ginger - 1 tsp
  11. Peas - 1 cup
  12. Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
  13. Coriander powder - 1.5 tsp
  14. Kashmiri red chilli powder - 1 tsp
  15. Jeera powder + black pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
  16. Amchoor/dry mango powder - 1 tsp
  17. Garam Masala powder - 1 tsp
  18. Kasoori methi - 1 tsp
  19. Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  20. Boiled potato - 4 medium size
  21. Salt to taste
  22. Oil for deep fry
  23. Fresh coriander leaves - 1/2 cup
