Saturn is considered as the cruel planet though Saturn is the justice in the planetary systems. In Vedic Astrology, Saturn represents effort, justice, discipline. A beneficial Saturn can bring prosperity, gains, wealth, fame etc but if Saturn is malefic in the horoscope, it can bring in the misery, poverty, health problems, and even prison.
