The malefic effects will be more challenging during the transit or during the Antardasha and Mahadasha as per the the horoscope.

Many suggests to wear Red Coral ( Moonga ) to get rid of malefic effects of Mars, but this is myth. Wearing Moonga depends on several factors including the position of Mars in the Horoscope as well as the aspects of Mars and its relation with other houses and planets.
